It was said once that in the garden of Eden the woman was the weaker vessel, Genesis 4:15 and I will put enmity between thee and the woman,and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
The it was Jesus Christ and satan bruising his heel would be the placing of Christ on the cross, satan not realizing that he was playing into the Lords hands, God was always in control....his death was for the sins of all mankind. No longer would the blood of innocent goats,sheep or lambs make atonement for our sins, the death of one man in the person of Jesus Christ satisfied the debt once and for all. Thank you Jesus!
That we are the weaker vessel, may be true in regards to the physical makeup of a female, such as body type for example, but thank you Jesus, after the death burial and resurrection of Christ payment has been made, full restitution was made with Christ's death on that cruel cross. So now we all are one with the Lord when it comes to the Word of God .
Scripture says in Acts 2:16
But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass
in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your
sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions,
and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my
handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall
prophesy......
So no longer can it be said said we are weak when it comes to the Word of God. Acts 2:16 clearly shows God's work is for all flesh, your sons, your daughters, your young men, your servants and your handmaidens , after all what is prophesy ?
It is telling of the Word of God....We do that everyday when we talk about the Word of God...I declare we have a right to right standing with God, when it comes to the Word of God we are equal,
In Genesis 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
The Word clearly says in the beginning he named them both Adam. ( Adam made the separation, he named her Eve) Man and female were in equal in the garden,before satan brought about the division we still still struggle with today. In the garden God communed with us in the cool of the day, we were created to fellowship with God...
Yet some churches still won't allow or recognize a females right to acknowledge the gift God has placed in their life, so they systematically devalue them by giving them quote on quote a what they think is a lesser role in the church, such as you as a woman can preach in my church but it has to come from down on the floor,
the pulpit is closed to a woman. We can work in many support avenues in the church such as the greeting ministry, missionary board, usher board, we can even fried the chicken and serve dinners in the fellowship hall.. just as well face facts if you take all the women out of the churches, you just as well lock the doors....the churches would be shut down, women we love Jesus and we loved him hard, doesn't take a lot to give our heart to Christ..You share the Word of Christ with us and we, well most of us will repent and strive to do better. The key word here is strive, no one is perfect , that title belongs to Jesus Christ.
I have even heard pastors say God never called a woman to preach. Hogwash! My pastor got saved under a woman, a dynamic on fire for the Lord, bible teaching mighty woman of God the Late Evangelist Helen Beatrice Mac Neil, who gave her life literally for the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who opened her home daily and her phone lines night and day that when a seeking soul called for help or assistance
she was available no matter the need she had a sincere and genuine heart for the people wanting to see them saved delivered and set free! I can't even count the babies that were birth under her teaching of the Word of God, her off springs have gone on to become evangelist , apostles, ministers, elders, teachers, choir directors, missionaries, deacons,and pastors. I am really proud to say I was one of her babies that she labored and birth into the world.
So you are talking to the air when you say a woman can't handle the Word of God skillfully as a man. A woman can carry the Savior in her belly for nine months , but yet she can't carry the Word?

Newsflash , she already carried the Word when she carried Jesus in her womb for nine months!
So the next time you feel you are weak, "tell yourself when I am weak He is strong, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!"
Yet with all the struggle we have had to overcome as a people we still pick flowers
over nonsense when are so many issues in need of attention and need addressing.
The bottom Line is this, women may be weaker in regards to femininity or body type and we should be handled like a vessel of fine china, but when it come to the handling the Word of God we are EQUAL,
Christ died on the cross for all the sins of the world, He didn't just died for the men only , He died for men , women, boys, and girls that we all might have a right to eternal life. always remember God has no respect of person......He regards Men and Women alike, to both the Word still says the wages of sin is death, the gift of God is eternal life.
