Give LOVE on Christmas Day

You can give a lot of things on Christmas Day ! Make sure you give LOVE on Christmas Day ! Let the retail world have their commercialism and materialism that just speaks to our inner greed that is never satisfied or it is never enough ,



We should start giving what really matters LOVE ! A gift means nothing , if its not from the heart, if it puts you in debt.... that's not a gift that's called BONDAGE !



A true gift has no sorrow attached ! This generation, lets get out of the malls and spending money we don't have, I saw homeless people under a bridge, everything they owned in a grocery cart , some of us myself included , God forbid , I lost my home, everything I owned would not fit in a grocery cart, only my tears and used up tissue....



What happened to the holidays being about family, friends, fun, fellowship and more importantly , about Jesus Christ ! " He is the reason for the season, as a people who live in USA, the land of the free, we do a lot of things that are not about freedom, but about bondage, excesses, self inflicted bondage, we put ourselves in financial disaster, we buy according to want instead of need ,we have so much , excess, we sometimes don't know what we own.



we don't give to the United Way, Red Cross or your local Church Assembly..., I will go even farther, we don't even support the

grassroots, local ministries, ones who are striving to be an example and make a difference, we rather rock another Pravda hand bag or brief case ....drive the latest BMW, or rock a SAAB when everyone knows a SAAB looks good, but it does not have good gas mileage ! ((( laughing )))You won't drive far without refilling with gas but you'll look good .

Its alright to live good, and look good, but don't lose yourself or your identity in a designers label, you are a original, you were created to make a mark in this world, God has blessed you with a good job, education, a warm home a beautiful car and family, starting today, lets start a new tradition, make the holidays about family,



so you have'n t called home or visited in a minute ( in other words , its been a while ) ...your family members or kids , they would still like to see their parents or love ones on Christmas......take 2 gifts, you don't need a u-haul full of gifts ,be wise you buy a u-haul full of gifts on credit and don't pay , your creditors will be hauling you off to court in the new year 2011.

After all the toys have been played with and the food has been ate , isn't it a great thing to know you gave the warm feeling of LOVE this Christmas.....This gift only cost you your time ,love and yourself.

My Father and my Grandparents are no longer here with our family, they have transitioned ( death ) into the arms of Christ. Call your family and love ones and make new happy memories, as you trim the tree, hang the wreath on the front door ,string popcorn and cranberries for the birds, playing Christmas music in the background, the aroma of cookies, turkey and baked sweet potato pies fills the air !

Whatever your family tradition, make it a safe loving family affair!

Theses are the things you will remember and cherish and pass on to your family ! So always remember to " Give Love on Christmas Day ! "

Twas the month before Christmas* *When all through our land,

* *Not a Christian was praying* *Nor taking a stand.*

*See the PC Police had taken away,*

*The reason for Christmas - no one could say.*

*The children were told by their schools not to sing,* *About Shepherds and Wise Men and Angels and things.*

*It might hurt people's feelings, the teachers would say* * December 25th is just a ' Holiday '.*

*Yet the shoppers were ready with cash, checks and credit* *Pushing folks down to the floor just to get it!*

*CDs from Madonna, an X BOX, an I-pod* *Something was changing, something quite odd! *

*Retailers promoted Ramadan and Kwanzaa* *In hopes to sell books by Franken & Fonda.*

*As Targets were hanging their trees upside down*

* At Lowe's the word Christmas - was no where to be found.*

*At K-Mart and Staples and Penny's and Sears* *You won't hear the word Christmas; it won't touch your ears.*

*Inclusive, sensitive, Di-ver-si-ty* *Are words that were used to intimidate me.*

*Now Daschle, Now Darden, Now Sharpton, Wolf Blitzen* *On Boxer, on Rather, on Kerry, on Clinton !* *At the top of the Senate, there arose such a clatter*

*To eliminate Jesus, in all public matter.*

*And we spoke not a word, as they took away our faith* * Forbidden to speak of salvation and grace*

*The true Gift of Christmas was exchanged and discarded*

*The reason for the season, stopped before it started.*

*So as you celebrate 'Winter Break' under your 'Dream Tree'* *Sipping your Starbucks, listen to me.*

*Choose your words carefully, choose what you say* *Shout MERRY CHRISTMAS , not Happy Holiday !

* Please, all Christians join together and wish everyone you meet during the holidays a MERRY CHRISTMAS
